Greg Shen - President&CEO
Greg Shen serves as President&CEO of SmartPay.
Prior to joining as CEO, Greg led a buyout and restructuring of Intrinsic
Technology, a telecom solutions provider in China, which SmartPay
acquired. Before that, Mr. Shen was Vice President of Asia & Far
East Region for APW Ltd. Greg graduated with a BS engineering degree
from Harbin Institute of Engineering in 1983, attained a Masters
of Engineering degree in 1992 from the University of Wisconsin, and
completed his MBA in 1996 from Marquette University. |

Derek Sulger - CFO
Derek Sulger serves as Chief Financial Officer
and Executive Director of SmartPay. He is also a director and member
of the audit committee of Linktone Ltd (Nasdaq: LTON), which he co-founded,
and the co-chairman of Lunar Group. Before coming to China, Derek
served as an Executive Director in the Fixed Income, Currency and
Commodities Division at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Sulger graduated cum laude
from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. |

Xu Guojun ¨C Vice President,
Banking
Xu Guojun serves as Vice
President, Banking of Smartpay. Prior to Smartpay he worked
as the deputy director of the CBRC from 2004-2006. Previously,
he was Deputy Section Chief of the Supervision Dept. of PBOC
and served as a Sr. Analyst seconded to the HK Monetary Authority.
Mr. Xu graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and
Astronautics, attained a Master of Finance in the Graduate
School of PBOC and completed his BA Program in New York University. |

Joseph Zhou ¨C Vice President, Sales Operation Joseph Zhou serves as Vice President, Sales Operation of SmartPay. Prior to joining in SmartPay, Joseph served as National Sales Manager of Franke Kitchen System (China) Co., Ltd. He was mainly responsible for sales team building and management, and sales strategies setup and implementation. Before that, Joseph was Regional Manager for Region Central (East) of Sony Ericsson (China) and Ericsson (China) for over 6 years. He graduated with a BS Physics/Electronics degree from East China Normal University, Shanghai in 1987, and attained a Master degree of Physics in 1990.

| Goran Malm serves as Chiarman
of SmartPay as well as Chairman of Icon Ventures Asia, one of
the Company's earliest investors. Goran is a member of the board
of directors of Samsung Electronics, Eastern Pacific Circuits
and Keppel T&T. Previously, Goran was the President for the
Asia-Pacific region of Dell Computer, the President of GE Asia-Pacific
and the President and CEO of GE Medical Systems Asia.
Eric Rosenblum serves
as director of SmartPay. Prior to SmartPay, Eric was COO
and Executive Director of ChinaNow Ltd, and served as a Consultant
with Boston Consulting Group. Eric graduated Magna Cum Laude
from Harvard University and holds a MBA from the MIT Sloan
School of Business.
Patrick
Benzie serves
as director of SmartPay and is a co-founder of Linktone(Nasdaq:LTON)
and Intrinsic Technology. He also serves as Co-Chairman
of Lunar Group. Patrick was a member of the Asset Investment
Group at Nomura Securities in London. He graduated Cum
Laude from Harvard University.
James D. Robinson
IV serves
as director of SmartPay, and is co-founder and General
Partner of RRE Ventures as well as Chairman of Vivre (luxury
brand catalog and internet retailer). Mr. Robinson has
been active within the technology community for over twenty
years as a venture capital investor, banker and entrepreneur
and has worked for JP Morgan & Company, Hambrecht & Quist
Venture Capital subsequently. Mr. Robinson earned an MBA
from Harvard in 1992
Carlos
Bhola serves
as director of SmartPay, and is director of 2BHoldings.
Carlos served as a Member of Eachnet's Board of Directors,
where he was responsible for forming a strategic partnership
between EachNet and eBay in 2002, and then consummating
the acquisition of EachNet by eBay for US$225 million
in cash in 2003.
